When will my order ship?
Our print-on-demand items are custom made just for you so please allow extra time, but we usually ship in 4-7 business days.
You should receive an email once your item has shipped along with tracking info.
If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, please contact us for assistance.
Where do you ship to?
Shop Free Agent ships to physical addresses in all 50 states and all U.S. Territories.
Currently, we do not ship to PO Box or APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.
How long does delivery take?
Shipping time depends on product availability and delivery destination, typically 4-7 business days.
Can I track my order?
You will receive shipping and tracking information once your order is fulfilled and shipping is scheduled.
Do you accept returns & exchanges?
At Free Agent, we create each order specifically for you. This means that we do not carry any extra inventory to resell. We only make what is ordered by you in an effort to cut down on the excess production of apparel and accessories worldwide. Due to the customization of each order, we cannot restock any returned items.
Of course, we want your product to fit you, and we want you to be happy with your purchase and our goal is to provide the highest quality products and services possible. So, if you are unhappy with your order due to a product defect or shipping error, please get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
